developing and connecting executives by creating powerful “spheres of influence” professionally, socially and philanthropically.
The Executive Women’s Summit was created to provide senior executives (Director Level and above) and community leaders the opportunity to connect with their peers and build mutually-beneficial relationships. EWS serves as a venue for executive-level women to build these relationships and to address business, social and philanthropic issues in their busy lives.
Our unique, invitation only quarterly gatherings encourage senior female executives to discuss meaningful, and at
times controversial topics surrounding business, social, and philanthropic issues. These events are for executives that impact and lead people and business strategies.
EWS welcomes Dr. Liz Selzer, CEO of Mentor Leadership Team, to the EWS Board of Directors. She will lead a series of Mentoring Initiatives (EWS-MI) that will be instrumental in successfully aligning recruiting, on-boarding, leadership development/ training, diversity & inclusion, talent management, and enterprise-wide culture cultivation.
This exclusive program is unlike any traditional leadership development model. It is an experience exclusively for women in leadership that are focused on self-discovery and advanced leadership learning.
"It’s great to connect with like-minded professionals doing impactful things in our city and around the world!"
“I keep attending the Executive Women's Summit because of the honest, candid and genuine conversations that happen between women that attend these sessions.”
“What a dynamic, diverse, stimulating group of women. I met so many new people and learned from each one of them.”
Kristen Kenton puts together first class events with impactful networking and timely and relevant topics/speakers. I also really appreciate that she provides a non-profit organization to present their cause and gently remind us of the need to make sure we are giving back to the community.
"The atmosphere was comfortable making networking easy, even without knowing anyone on the first visit. EWS is definitely on my schedule each quarter."
