The EWS leadership team has developed a platform for both male and female executives to better understand the impacts that sophisticated and culturally-integrated Diversity, Inclusion, and Mentorship programs have on business and leadership. Custom events and services are designed for corporate leaders, and will focus on helping organizations move beyond compliance-driven D&I and Mentorship programs. These gatherings will provide the opportunity to connect leaders that build and/or “touch” sophisticated and powerful D&I and Mentorship initiatives in all functions and industries. DIMI leaders also provide custom consulting services to help executives develop or enhance Diversity, Inclusion and Mentorship programs within their organizations.
