Teamwork is an intentional, strategic decision—and high functioning teams are the biggest competitive advantage an organization can have. Aligning a team’s true purpose with the organization’s key objectives increases clarity and builds trust and confidence. Great leaders cultivate environments where people can bring their best selves to work and the next generation of leaders takes root.
In this session, we’ll be exploring the five behaviors of a cohesive team, cultivating a purposeful culture and initiating processes that support your organization’s vision and mission. You’ll take away actionable tools you can use to enhance your own leadership style and approach. The “soft stuff” isn’t so “soft” anymore! Bring your challenges and questions for a dynamic and engaging discussion.
