The EWS has experienced tremendous growth over the last 15 years. Our current climate has forced all of us to reimagine how we live and work. We are becoming fiercely protective of our time, treasure, and talent. Most of us yearn for more authenticity, intentionality, and purpose - both personally and professionally. All leaders must be willing to embrace new strategies and ideas to effectively navigate our ever-changing social and business landscape. We hope the new direction of EWS programs and gatherings will serve as a unique, excusive, intimate, and impactful platform to all of the amazing women who join us.

Invitations to quarterly, EWS gatherings are limited exclusively to “Pearls”: which we define as senior-level, female leaders who are fiercely committed to continuous development, self-reflection, authentic networking, and fostering a powerful sphere of influence. These authentic and peer-driven discussions touch on diverse, and sometimes controversial topics spanning social/ behavioral dynamics, professional leadership, career development, EQ, influence, talent transformation, and other critical subject matter intended to elevate, stimulate, and enlighten participants. These are deeply vulnerable and insightful conversations amongst a group of influential and brilliant women. There is no cost to attend, but we request that you notify us immediately if you are unable to attend so that we may offer your seat to another “Pearl”.
